Where can I view my sales receipt?

All orders that you have placed are located in the MY ACCOUNT section under MY ORDERS.

How do I track my order?

 Once tracking information is assigned to your order, it will be sent to you via email. There may be a delay of 12-24 hours before the carrier posts initial tracking updates. Several days can pass between delivery scans and expected delivery dates are subject to change at the carrier level.

Where can I have my order shipped to?

We ship within Canada and the USA, except for Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Hawaii. Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.). We also ship to the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping in Ontario to most addresses, on orders over $75+ (before tax).

Orders below $75, shipping to the US, or shipping to areas within Canada which are serviced less frequently by our carrier partners are subject to shipping fees.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address provided to UniversityPharmacy.ca, and if applicable, will be displayed to you during checkout. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

There are many reasons why disruptions in the supply chain occur, including manufacturing issues, supplier and price changes, increased demand, ...

We do our best to always have the products listed in stock.

What if my order is damaged?
Our Customer Care team is available to help you with this support request. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance in the event of damaged deliveries. Have your order ID (which you can find in your order confirmation emails or online account My Orders) ready to help us find your records quickly.
How can I return an item?

Contact our Customer Care Team in writing to returns@universitypharmacy.ca. You must include your order number, name of item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

We will advise on eligibility for return and next steps going forward.
