Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the University Pharmacy Online Shop. University Pharmacy Online Shop ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Australia and New Zealland. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: During holiday season and statuary holiday, orders may be delayed beyond shipping times indicated.

Domestic (CANADA) Shipping Policy

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
All DOMESTIC orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

USA Shipping Policy

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
All USA orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the U.K., Australia and New Zealand.

International Shipping options and costs will be determined according to weight and destination at the time of check out.

All International orders are shipped via Canada Post – International XpressPost. We no longer ship viaWorldwide Parcel and Worldwide Pak. Please refer to Canada Post website by clicking here for the time duration your shipment may take after it has left our warehouse.

Any additional tariffs, custom clearance fees, and charges are the responsibility of the customer. More information regarding your country’s custom policies can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. University Pharmacy absolves itself from delays in customs. University Pharmacy is not liable for any items that customs will not release.

Please note that all International orders are final.

Correspondence with international customers will be done via emails only.

Damages

University Pharmacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
